Transfer to North Star


Dear members,

We are communicating with you today to update you on the transition of our point of sale and back-of-house accounting, banqueting and membership platform over to Nth Star.

The transition from our old platform (micropower) to the point of sale (POS) has been largely seamless, and the staff is well-versed in its application. With repetition, we will become faster and faster at using the POS platform; however, we appreciate your patience in this regard.

We are in the final stages of transferring all our membership and accounting data over to the new platform. This has been a massive undertaking and the staff have done a great job in getting to this point. For the next few days, as members make final subscriptions and house account payments and category transfers, member accounts viewable on the Clubs website will continue to show the balances from the old system. They do not take into account any payments or transactions that have been made since 11.59 pm Sunday, 30 March.

Members will be sent March accounts tomorrow, reflecting any opening balances and transactions in March.

We aim to transfer all the data from the old system to the new system on Wednesday, 10 April, which will bring all member accounts up to date accurately.

Should you have any queries regarding your account, please do not hesitate to contact one of the administrative staff, and we will be happy to assist you with any query you may have regarding your account.
